Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team at Response Personnel Ltd, an established market leader in recruitment since 1997.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and business development skills, with experience in managing key accounts and driving growth in the High-tech Industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop key accounts through effective account management and strategic planning.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and onboard new clients.
  • Grow the High-tech Industrial sector by targeting new business opportunities.
  • Manage commercial relationships with key clients and drive profitability.
  • Collaborate with customers to strengthen relationships and identify areas for improvement.

KPIs:

  • New Business Acquisition
  • Growth of Existing Customer Base
  • Customer Satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong time management and planning skills.
  • Business acumen, attention to detail, and understanding of industrial applications.
  • Basic knowledge of machined parts/CNC and experience with ERP systems.
  • Sales and KAM experience in engineering/industrial environments, CRM expertise.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 + OTE + car allowance, making this a highly attractive opportunity for the right candidate.
