Role Summary:

The One Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team as a Commercial Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for maximising relationships with UK distributor accounts in the agriculture crop protection industry.

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Key Account Manager with a strong commercial background and excellent customer-facing skills to support the development of our business in the UK market.

About The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the agriculture crop protection industry. As a Commercial Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the UK market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute commercial plans
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement
