About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Branch Administrator to join our team in Ilkeston. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with administrative duties, including uploading property details onto major property portals.
  • Deal with customer enquiries both in branch and over the phone, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Manage office expenditure, ensuring it remains within budgeted levels.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Administrator or Secretary, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • IT literacy, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
