Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our team on a full-time and part-time basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform surgical procedures on small animals, including routine and complex operations
  • Conduct pre-operative and post-operative care, including anesthesia and pain management
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, in consultation with the veterinary team
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest veterinary techniques and technologies

Requirements:

  • Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a strong background in small animal surgery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the veterinary team and clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care
  • Dependent on experience, with a competitive salary package offered

Working Hours: Full and part-time hours considered, with a 4/5 day week and shared Saturday AM rota with TOIL. No out-of-hours work required.
