Job Description:

As a Senior Rail Engineering Manager at Morgan Sindall, you will lead a team of engineers in delivering rail projects that meet project requirements, customer satisfaction, SHEQ standards, and in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards.

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Civil Engineering / Rail / Infrastructure environment
  • Degree or HNC/HND qualified in a relevant technical discipline
  • Strong knowledge of legislative compliance, including employment law, health and safety, and environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
