Job Description:

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Rail Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a major rail project in London. As part of our client's ongoing growth within the rail business, we are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in managing large-scale rail projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain close working relationships with programme delivery directors and managers within the Network Rail client works delivery team.
  • Manage a team comprising project managers, senior site managers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, SHESQ advisors, and engineers.
  • Communicate developments and significant decisions to the wider business.
  • Be responsible for effective client relationship management and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders on project/contract progress.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in civil engineering or a similar field.
  • Professional chartership status (CEng MICE) would be highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience on high-profile rail projects is essential, as well as being able to seamlessly run possession works.
  • Previous director-level experience leading major rail projects is preferred.
  • Ability to manage a large team in a high-paced environment.
  • Understanding of Network Rail procedures would be advantageous.
