Job Description

We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to contribute to the success of our mathematical and data science company.

The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To provide a warm welcome to visitors and colleagues, embodying the company's friendly and collaborative culture.
  • To oversee all aspects of administration, secretarial, and office management tasks with precision and accuracy, maintaining high standards throughout.
  • To ensure timely delivery of end-of-month financial information and expenses reconciliation, supporting the finance team in their goals.
  • To promote and maintain a professional office environment through collaborative efforts, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere.
  • To work closely with immediate team members, colleagues, and external stakeholders to achieve company objectives, leveraging strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  • To serve as a point of contact for office-related queries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • To receive, manage, and coordinate deliveries, including team lunches, demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.

This full-time opportunity offers flexibility, with a hybrid setup requiring Mondays and Fridays in the office. The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 per annum, pro-rated based on working hours, with potential bonuses and an excellent pension scheme.
