This Office Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-level administrative support to senior executives. Based in Oxford, you will be responsible for managing calendars, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
About You:- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent senior executives
- Proven organizational skills, with experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Support the SVP of CMC & Supply Chain, the SVP, General Counsel and Company Secretary, and the VP, Communications with executive-level administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence, ensuring seamless execution
- Manage calendars, prioritize inquiries, and requests, and maintain contact lists
- £45,000 - £60,000 per annum salary
