We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to join our Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business management, operations, and strategy development. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive results.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work closely with the COO to develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and monitor performance indicators. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas effectively will be essential in achieving the department's objectives.

You will be responsible for:

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Manager - COO Office team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business management, operations, and strategy development. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work closely with the COO to develop and implement business strategies, manage budgets, and monitor performance indicators. Your ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders will be essential in achieving the department's objectives.
