About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of innovative consumer telecoms products and services at TalkTalk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, customer satisfaction, and market position through data-led insights and customer-centric product decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Lead the product discovery process, including customer research, ideation, and validation
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer value
  • Oversee the successful delivery of products and features, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
  • Continuously monitor and optimise product performance, leveraging data and customer feedback
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of the telecoms industry, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Expertise in product management methodologies, including product discovery, backlog management, and delivery processes
  • Proficient in data analysis and leveraging customer insights to inform product decisions
  • Strong knowledge of product strategy, and prioritisation techniques
  • Deep understanding of mobile applications
