About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager at Manchester Digital, you will play a key role in driving the development of digital services and products that meet the Government Digital Service (GDS) Standard and are best in class for government.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead one or more multidisciplinary agile teams, providing product direction to deliver digital services and products through the product lifecycle.
- Understand the policy context and business drivers behind ideas, and develop ways to identify and test key assumptions to establish problem-solution fit.
- Deliver services that meet the Government Digital Service (GDS) Standard and are best in class for government.
- Underpin the delivery and iteration of digital services through effective analysis and presentation of user data.
Requirements
- Agile working: Experience in fast-paced environments using iterative methods.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
