The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, have experience in relationship building and external representation, and be confident, engaging, and a great ambassador for the credit union. They will also have proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach, be detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines, and understand credit union development and have knowledge of relevant regulatory issues.
