About the Role
The Internal Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring colleagues are informed about the company's strategy, driving employee engagement, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. This role requires a strong communicator and strategist who can work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement effective internal communications plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage employees and promote the company's vision and values.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to create and disseminate company-wide communications, including organizational announcements and updates.
- Provide comms business partner style service to the TalkTalk ExCo, to drive colleague engagement and increased understanding of strategy.
- Manage and coordinate company-wide events, including project planning, budget management, and delegate experience.
- Provide online community management across digital channels and undertake other group communications projects as required.
- Support and guide employee networks to enable them to be front and centre across the organization.
- Support, communicate, and enable engagement plans from data collated from our engagement survey completed on a quarterly basis.
Requirements
- Proven expert in internal communications, working in a fast-paced environment and used to managing change and prioritizing time-sensitive projects.
- Strong communicator and strategist with experience in driving results in employee engagement using a variety of tools and data.
- Self-reliant, takes initiative, and is proactive with strong stakeholder management skills.
