Regional Media Planning Manager

Join a dynamic team at Thechildandfamilyconnection, a leading digital marketing business experiencing hyper-growth in the entertainment sector. We're seeking an experienced Media Acquisition Strategist to lead our regional media planning efforts and drive customer acquisition across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute 360 acquisition plans that drive growth through online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the planning and execution of acquisition marketing, strategy development, and campaign optimization to support client business objectives.
  • Partner with client marketing and commercial teams to create effective acquisition strategies and plans that deliver on KPIs and goals.
  • Implement and manage online and offline marketing programs that deliver on customer acquisition targets and ROAS.
  • Build and execute direct and digital marketing campaigns for a business in a highly competitive and complex environment.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in driving customer acquisition across marketing channels such as TV, OOH, Radio, PPC, Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Retargeting.
  • Extensive experience working with adserving platforms and digital monitoring tools, as well as offline marketing tools and strategies.
  • Proven and successful experience of building and executing direct and digital marketing campaigns.
  • High familiarity with social acquisition channels, including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with proficiency in A/B testing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work comfortably on multiple concurrent projects.
