Data & Business Growth Executive - MediaCityUK

We're seeking a talented Data & Business Growth Executive to join our team at Shoalter Automation (UK) Ltd. As a hybrid role, you'll combine analytical skills with strategic vision to drive business growth and customer acquisition.

Data Detective (30%)

  • Customer Insights: Uncover trends and identify opportunities for growth by analyzing customer data, from shopping habits to demographics.
  • Optimization Guru: Refine store layouts, product placements, and promotions for maximum impact and increased footfall.

Business Growth Champion (70%)

  • Lead Generation: Identify new customer segments and markets by leveraging data and research insights.
  • Community Connector: Develop and execute strategies for community outreach and engagement, making us a valuable part of local neighbourhoods.
  • Sales Dynamo: Design and implement data-driven promotional campaigns that drive repeat visits and increase average transaction value.
  • Expansion Strategist: Use data to identify prime locations for new store openings and pop-up shops, ensuring expansion efforts are aligned with customer demand.

Requirements

  • Data-Driven Thinker: Strong analytical skills and ability to turn raw data into actionable insights.
  • Business Savvy: Understand how to connect data insights with key business objectives, from revenue growth to market penetration.
  • Problem Solver: Creative thinker who can develop innovative solutions to drive customer acquisition and improve store performance.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI), CMS, and CRM platforms.
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or data analysis, preferably in retail or a consumer-facing industry.
