We are seeking a highly skilled Fibre Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Page Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing Wayleaves and necessary consents to support our fibre installation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, negotiate, and complete Wayleave agreements and other consents agreements in respect to FTTP Fibre/Civils/Telecommunications installations.
  • Investigate land ownership and route feasibility through the Land Registry, planning authority, and utility company websites.
  • Oversee the payment of compensation, professional fees, and other costs associated with Wayleave acquisition.
  • Collaborate with our survey team to request and book surveys.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with landowners, agents, government departments, and other external bodies.
  • Highlight priority Wayleaves that will impact our team's deliverables.
  • Submit applications to external utility companies.
  • Proactively monitor and pursue outstanding information.
  • Provide weekly status reports for tasks in progress.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of Wayleave experience.
  • Ability to read and understand network designs.
  • Full driving license.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Good logical mind and ability to constructively analyze information.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Efficient in Microsoft packages and have working knowledge of GIS systems.
