University Sports Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sports Services Manager to oversee the delivery of fitness, strength, and conditioning services to our students, staff, and community users. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of supervising a team, allocating tasks, and providing support and guidance to ensure excellent levels of customer service.
Role Requirements- UKSCA accreditation is required, and a Sports Science or related degree is desirable.
- Excellent communication and class instruction skills, as well as good administrative and computing skills.
This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, with opportunities for service-related pay progression and annual cost-of-living increases.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality fitness programmes for students, staff, and community users.
- Manage a team of Fitness Coaches, allocating tasks and providing support and guidance to ensure excellent levels of customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote health and wellbeing initiatives across campus.
