About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Talent Finder. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also driving sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
