Wildlife Conservation Fundraiser

Are you passionate about wildlife and conservation? Do you have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic? We are seeking a Wildlife Conservation Fundraiser to join our team at CF Fundraising Ltd, working on behalf of the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Northamptonshire Wildlife Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Wildlife Trust at various venues across the counties, engaging with the public and promoting the charity's work.
  • Set up and maintain an attractive display with provided materials, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
  • Use a tablet and Evergiving system to sign up new members, ensuring full disclosure and excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with venue organisers and event staff to establish a successful setup for the day.
  • Provide feedback on venues and report any issues promptly, ensuring continuous improvement.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive pay package with opportunities for progression to Lead Fundraiser or Team Leader.
  • Flexible part-time hours (3 or 4 days a week) with equivalent annual leave, including bank holidays.
  • Uniform, equipment, and travel expenses provided, as well as accommodation if staying away overnight.
  • A pension scheme with employer contributions.
  • Long service award and 25p per mile.
Requirements:
  • A full driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Previous experience in fundraising or direct sales is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and travel daily.
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivation, with a passion for wildlife and conservation.
Interview Process:
