Are you passionate about wildlife conservation? Do you want to make a difference in your community? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Membership Recruiter for the BCN Wildlife Trust.

As a Membership Recruiter, you will be working across pre-booked venues, shows, and events in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Northamptonshire. Your role will involve engaging with members of the public, talking to them about the important work of the Wildlife Trust, and encouraging them to become long-term supporters through membership sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the Wildlife Trust across the region
• Engage and persuade people to become members
• Set up displays and use a tablet to sign up members
• Provide feedback on venues and work with event staff

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for wildlife and conservation
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, independent worker
• Full driving licence and own vehicle
• Willingness to travel and work weekends
• Customer service experience
• Experience in fundraising or sales is a plus
