Role Overview:
As a Mobile Homes Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and rentals while delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure, providing ample earning potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential tenants and buyers, highlighting the benefits of our mobile homes and maintaining professionalism throughout the sales process.
- Conduct sales activities with integrity and honesty, understanding the significance of a customer's decision to purchase a mobile home.
- Become an expert on our mobile homes, pricing, customization options, and competitive advantages.
- Develop an understanding of the local market area, including available land, lots, and spaces, and establish relationships with industry contacts.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to negotiation and agreement finalization.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, including assistance with delivery and installation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, share market insights, and contribute to company success.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of mobile homes and sales techniques.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of sales and/or marketing experience.

Proficiency in digital tools and communication channels.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to personal and professional growth.

Honest, personable, and able to build trust with customers.

Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.

Secondary/Higher education level.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned market area.
