Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Oncology Fellow to join our team at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. As a key member of our oncology department, you will be responsible for managing oncology emergencies within the ward-based setting, as well as managing patients within the new and follow-up clinic, including complex chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing oncology emergencies within the ward-based setting
  • Managing patients within the new and follow-up clinic, including complex chronic conditions
  • Day unit management of patients, including prescribing systemic treatment and managing complications
  • Opportunity to learn HICKMAN line removals and drainage
  • Participating in research and trials, audits, QIPs, teaching sessions, and active training sessions with junior colleagues
