Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with senior management to develop and implement strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness within the Construction Management team.
  • Recruit, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Construction Managers.
  • Transform the way we work by embracing new tools and technologies, simplifying our ways of working and engaging with our many construction supply chain partners to establish best practice learning and development.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to produce reports and comfortable interrogating data. Additionally, they will be highly proactive and adaptable, with a high degree of professionalism in all areas (communication, approach, style). They will also be able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.
