Employability Program Manager

We are looking for an Employability Program Manager to join our team at SLS Recruitment, Specialising in Further Education. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a hybrid role, based in London twice a week, and contribute to our mission of supporting candidates to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a salary range of £30-36,000 per annum, depending on experience, and will work closely with our team to deliver training and support services to candidates. In addition to a competitive salary, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver employability workshops to candidates to help them develop essential skills for finding employment
- Manage a portfolio of candidates and track their progress towards achieving sustainable employment outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to secure job opportunities for our candidates
You will also have the opportunity to conduct face-to-face meetings with candidates to identify their career goals and provide tailored support.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of delivering employability programs or similar initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business
