About the Role:

The Crown Estate is seeking a skilled Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-end residential properties in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of tenancies, ensuring exceptional living experiences for our resident customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Handle a mix of tenancy types, ensuring exceptional living experiences for our resident customers.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with our credit control team to ensure prompt rent payments and handle end-of-tenancy matters.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to assess property condition and identify maintenance needs.
  • Project Management: Lead small-scale projects aimed at maximizing property yield and collaborate with clients on larger-scale projects.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our block management and facilities management teams to keep resident customers informed and maintain shared facilities.

Requirements:

  • Solid background in managing residential properties.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • ARLA qualification (advantageous).
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) software (beneficial).
