Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver a recruitment service for all post and apply and volume/cohort vacancies, utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (eRecruitment) and Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system.
- Provide recruitment specialist advice to hiring managers, working collaboratively to deliver a tailored recruitment service that meets the customer's needs and achieves a successful outcome.
- Engage with candidates to ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience as their first point of contact with NHS Blood and Transplant.
- Liaise with the Recruiter for Brand and Attraction to ensure the effective promotion of vacancies.
About You
We are looking for an individual with:
- Experience in providing excellent customer care.
- Experience of working in a busy office environment, utilizing office equipment, handling conflicting deadlines and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge and understanding of the need for confidentiality.
- Broad awareness and interest in current digital technology and social media.
Qualifications and Training
- NVQ level 4 in Customer Service, Administration, or Business, or equivalent experience.
- European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or ITQ2, or CLAIT II, or OCR (RSA) level 3 in text/word processing, or demonstrable workplace experience.
