Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a key player in our new approach to recruitment, you will play a critical role in ensuring its success. You will be responsible for delivering a recruitment service for all volume and cohort recruitment, providing recruitment specialist advice, and engaging with candidates to ensure the best possible recruitment experience.
Main Duties of the Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a recruitment service for all post and apply and volume/cohort vacancies
- Delivering end-to-end recruitment administration for your own allocated vacancies using our Applicant Tracking System (eRecruitment) and Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system
- Providing recruitment specialist advice, working with hiring managers to provide a tailored recruitment service, using eRecruitment, to meet the customers' needs and achieve a successful outcome
- Engaging with candidates to ensure the best possible recruitment experience as their first contact with NHSBTLiaising with the Recruiter for Brand and Attraction to ensure the appropriate promotion of vacancies

Person Specification
We are looking for someone with:
- NVQ level 4 in Customer Service, Administration, or Business, or equivalent experience
- European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or ITQ2, or CLAIT II, or OCR (RSA) level 3 in text/word processing
- Demonstrates commitment to own continuous learning and development
- Experience in providing good customer care
- Experience of working in a busy office environment, using office equipment, handling conflicting deadlines and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Knowledge and understanding of the need for confidentiality
- Broad awareness and interest in current digital technology and social media
