About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at NHS Blood and Transplant. As a key player in our new approach to recruitment, you will play a critical role in ensuring its success.
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering a recruitment service for all volume and cohort recruitment, including:
- Providing a recruitment service for all post and apply and volume/cohort vacancies
- Delivering end-to-end recruitment administration for your own allocated vacancies using our Applicant Tracking System (eRecruitment) and Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system
- Providing recruitment specialist advice, working with hiring managers to provide a tailored recruitment service, using eRecruitment, to meet the customers' needs and achieve a successful outcome
- Engaging with candidates to ensure the best possible recruitment experience as their first contact with NHSBTLiaising with the Recruiter for Brand and Attraction to ensure the appropriate promotion of vacancies

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ level 4 in Customer Service, Administration, or Business, or equivalent experience
- European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or ITQ2, or CLAIT II, or OCR (RSA) level 3 in text/word processing, or demonstrable workplace experience
- Demonstrates commitment to own continuous learning and development
- Experience in providing good customer care
- Experience of working in a busy office environment, using office equipment, handling conflicting deadlines and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Broad awareness and interest in current digital technology and social media
