Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our new approach to recruitment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a recruitment service for all volume and cohort recruitment
- Delivering end-to-end recruitment administration for allocated vacancies using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system
- Providing recruitment specialist advice to hiring managers to meet customer needs and achieve successful outcomes
- Engaging with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Liaising with the Recruiter for Brand and Attraction to promote vacancies
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our recruitment process. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will have the chance to work with a variety of stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ level 4 in Customer Service, Administration, or Business, or equivalent experience
- European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or ITQ2, or CLAIT II, or OCR (RSA) level 3 in text/word processing
- Demonstrable workplace experience in customer care, administration, and IT
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Broad awareness and interest in current digital technology and social media
