Recruitment Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at NHS Blood and Transplant. As a key player in our new approach to recruitment, you will play a critical role in ensuring its success.
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering a recruitment service for all volume and cohort recruitment, including providing end-to-end recruitment administration for allocated vacancies using our Applicant Tracking System (eRecruitment) and Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- NVQ level 4 in Customer Service, Administration or Business or similar qualification
- European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or ITQ2, or CLAIT II, or OCR (RSA) level 3 in text/word processing
- Demonstrates commitment to own continuous learning and development
- Experience in providing good customer care
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
