Key Responsibilities
Delivering a recruitment service for all post and apply and volume/cohort vacancies
Providing recruitment specialist advice, working with hiring managers to provide a tailored recruitment service, using eRecruitment, to meet the customers need and achieve a successful outcome
Engaging with candidates to ensure the best possible recruitment experience as their first contact with NHSBTLiaising with the Recruiter for Brand and Attraction to ensure the appropriate promotion of vacancies
Requirements
NVQ level 4 in Customer Service, Administration or Business or similar qualification OR equivalent experience
European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) (part I & II) or ITQ2, or CLAIT II, or OCR (RSA) level 3 in text/word processing OR demonstrable workplace experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
Broad awareness and interest in current digital technology and social media
