European Office Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced European Office Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our client's European offices. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a proven track record of success in operations or administrative roles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire office operations function, including supplier management, contractor supervision, and health and safety coordination. They will also provide support with recruitment and HR-related tasks during team absences.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably in a European office setting.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish or Italian, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A degree or relevant post-A-level qualifications is essential.
Estimated Salary Range: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
