About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering infrastructure project at AWE Plc.
The Challenge:
The Future Materials Campus is a transformative project that requires the expertise of an exceptional engineer. As Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of this critical infrastructure, working closely with our team to deliver a world-class facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering team in the design and delivery of the Future Materials Campus.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in engineering project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team. Your experience should include managing complex projects, developing and implementing project plans, and collaborating with stakeholders. You should also have knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, as well as experience with health and safety procedures.
