Residential Support Team Member

About the Position
- Support and supervise a team of residential support workers, ensuring effective teamwork and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Lead shifts and plan schedules, contributing to day-to-day operations and ensuring high-quality care and communication between staff.
- Collaborate with external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for young people, representing the home in care reviews and planning meetings.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, engaging in direct work with children to meet their specific needs and promote growth and development.
- Manage emergencies effectively, ensuring children's safety and well-being.
- Ensure the physical and mental health needs of young people are met, liaising with healthcare professionals to manage appointments, medications, and interventions.
