We are a dynamic and friendly medical practice seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care by greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records and accounts.
- Respond to patient inquiries, answer phone calls, and provide information in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Comfort patients by anticipating their needs, answering questions, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Protect patient confidentiality by maintaining the security and integrity of medical, personal, and financial information.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the practice by following established policies and procedures, reporting any necessary changes.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent patient care and a positive practice environment.
