About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at Strathmore Medical Practice. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients and visitors, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage patient records and accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Coordinate appointments, surgeries, and other medical procedures, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient care.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
