Role Overview
Kenvue, part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Development Director. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and development within the Tesco Oral Care category.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specified business targets (sales, spend, and profit targets) for the Tesco Oral Care category.
- Forecast and manage spend for your category responsibilities, making accurate forecasts to your business team and Commercial Strategy & Planning contacts.
- Build positive relationships with customers and represent their requirements to the Kenvue business.
- Develop a solid understanding of the market and keep track of market activity to share information regarding changes or new activity in the marketplace.
- Identify and progress incremental growth opportunities within your business.
Requirements
The successful individual will have excellent business partnering, analytical, and communication skills.
You will have experience within the FMCG environment and be able to demonstrate:
- A proven track record of strong commercial performance from sales, profitability, and share point.
- A 'can-do' attitude, proactive, and solution-oriented, ensuring we capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
- Experience of running a whole account or at least one category within a large account.
- Ability to identify sales-driving opportunities and drive business effectiveness.
What We Offer
Kenvue offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including paid company holidays, paid vacation, volunteer time, summer Fridays, and more.
