The estimated annual salary for this position is £26,800, based on industry standards and market conditions in the area. Responsibilities: As a Sales Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • • Identifying and attracting suitable candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and bespoke databases
    • Monitoring responses and applications, ensuring efficient management and prompt communication
    • Pre-screening candidates via telephone or in person, according to branch guidelines and assisting with pre-employment processes
    • Completing screening interviews and arranging interviews as necessary, coordinating with candidates and interviewers for a smooth process
    • Ensuring all candidates are registered and files comply with company guidelines and legal obligations regarding Eligibility to Work in the UK and identification
    • Regularly communicating with candidates via telephone, WhatsApp, emails – chasing outstanding information
    • Assisting with marketing initiatives, including social media usage
    • Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and status using in-house CRM system
    • Providing general administrative support, including typing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and replenishing stationery stocks
