Grain Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Grain Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Frontier Agriculture Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has excellent communication skills.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a first-class service to suppliers and customers, ensuring timely payments and resolving any queries or issues that may arise. They will also be required to enter weighbridge tickets and review data accurately and efficiently, as well as actively chase weight information to ensure contractual terms are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering a high-quality service to suppliers and customers
* Entering weighbridge tickets and reviewing data accurately and efficiently
* Resolving internal and external queries within 72 hours of receipt
* General duties as part of the Grain Administration Team
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
