As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers so your love of dealing with people is so important

**Working within the Internal Sales team, duties will include**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction by answering inquiries, resolving problems, and escalating issues to the appropriate department
- Document and track all customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product and service offerings
- Manage a section of stock items
- Maintain a positive, friendly and professional demeanour at all times

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- A pass in GCSE Maths and English
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of customer enquiries
- Previous customer service experience is a big plus
- Access to your own transport due to location in the pretty Suffolk countryside
