Customer Service Claims Handler
">About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Claims Handler to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for accepting new claims and providing excellent customer service.
">Key Responsibilities- Dealing with all aspects of new claims from inception to hire provision, including initial correspondence with interested parties.
- Selling services to clients and associated parties.
- Communicating with clients, insurers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the process.
- Utilizing our case management system to follow up on outstanding issues.
- Arranging delivery of credit hire vehicles from our extensive fleet.
- 12+ months experience working in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Estimated salary: £23,500 per annum.
