Claims Specialist

The Claims Team at Lexham Insurance handles new claims for non-fault or partially disputed road traffic accidents, ensuring timely communication and resolution. We take care of all aspects of new claims, from inception to hire provision, including initial correspondence and vehicle delivery.
Our fleet of credit hire vehicles is extensive, and we guarantee delivery at a safe and convenient location and time. You will be required to be flexible and support other teams as needed, while also maintaining a high level of customer service.
As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the office during your shift. We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension contribution, free parking, regular social events, and employee assistance programme.
No prior insurance experience is necessary, but strong communication and telephone skills are essential. Basic computer proficiency and a commitment to delivering high-quality service are also required. You may be required to undergo a Criminal Records Bureau background check, which includes a credit check.
