Key Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner at CoStar Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through strategic HR support.

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide tailored HR support to achieve them.
  • Collaborate on full lifecycle employee and HR processes, including bonus programs, promotions, performance reviews, and more.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to inform HR strategy and effectively communicate findings to drive business decisions.
  • Coach managers to optimize their effectiveness, foster high-performing teams, and cultivate a thriving corporate culture.
  • Facilitate training on employee development, coaching, and management skills.
  • Ensure HR support is scalable and effective in meeting critical business goals.

Employee Relations

  • Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues, maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Provide trusted guidance to management on employee relations matters, conducting investigations and offering resolutions.

HR Policies and Compliance

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UK employment laws.

HR Operations

  • Partner with HR centers of excellence to ensure seamless execution of human resource operations within assigned client groups.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for client groups' HR needs, processing transactions via HRIS.

Projects and Qualifications

  • Support HR efforts in the integration of acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition for acquired and existing employees.
  • Possess a relevant degree or equivalent experience, with a strong background in HR Business Partnering in a matrix organization.
  • Hold in-depth knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations, with expertise in handling employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrate strong client-service skills, ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, and excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable, with a commitment to excellence and high integrity.
