Complex Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Complex Care Coordinator to join our team at HMP Stocken. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for assessing, coordinating, and triaging care for prisoners with complex needs, including those with neurodiversity and learning difficulties.
