Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Do you have a strong interest in neurodiversity and complex care? We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Complex Needs Practitioner to join our team at HMP Stocken.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a Trauma Informed Care Approach, providing care that is tailored to each individual's needs. As a Complex Needs Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing and coordinating care, supporting the management of prisoners with complex needs, and contributing to care quality performance.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of neurodiversity and complex care, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. A qualification in RMN/RNLD with a current NMC registration is essential.

Salary and Benefits
  • An estimated salary range of £42,094 to £47,466 per annum, depending on experience
