At Cracking Recruitment, we are seeking an Expansion Strategist to lead our business development efforts in the Travel & Tourism industry. Based from home office in Melton Mowbray or nearby, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through innovative strategies.

About the Role:
  • You will develop and implement effective business expansion plans to increase market share and revenue.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners and industry partners.
  • You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations that drive growth.
  • You will monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.

Key Requirements:

  • A proven track record of business expansion and growth, ideally in the Travel & Tourism industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, driving results-oriented initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex business challenges.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
