Job Description

Key Duties:

  • Support students in achieving academic goals and overcoming challenges.
  • Effectively communicate with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Keep precise records of student interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individual learning plans.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with students to assess their well-being and progress.
  • Document and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Be prepared to adapt and respond to changing circumstances.

Requirements

The successful candidate must possess a valid, manual UK driving licence and agree to drive school vehicles when necessary.

This role involves supporting students with complex needs, requiring empathy, patience, and understanding.

We offer a competitive salary package, including life assurance, pension options, and mental health support services.

Salary: £18,500 per annum.
