The annual salary for this role is estimated at £23,884 - £25,467, with a pro-rata actual salary of 74%. This competitive compensation package reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support student learning, manage classroom dynamics, and ensure that students make outstanding progress. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working in partnership with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans
  • Providing individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and adapting instruction to meet their needs

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A basic level of education with at least 5 good GCSEs, including English and mathematics
  • An understanding of the role of monitoring and evaluation in education
  • Successful experience in a school or college setting, supporting students with special educational needs
