Job Description:

As an Experienced Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational development of students who require additional support in their learning. This is a long-term full-time position where you will be working closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted support, and maintain a positive learning environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  1. Collaborating with teachers to develop and deliver lesson plans tailored to the needs of SEN students.
  2. Providing one-to-one support to students who require additional help.
  3. Managing classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment.
  4. Supervising students during break times and lunch.
