Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with teachers to develop and deliver lesson plans.
  2. Provide targeted support to small groups or individual students, enhancing their educational experience.
  3. Maintain a positive and structured learning environment, ensuring student behaviour is well-managed.
  4. Supervise students during break times and lunch, promoting a safe and supportive atmosphere.
  5. Offer additional support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), facilitating their academic and personal growth.
